I started at Anytime Fitness in the beginning of December 2009. My friend and I went on a regular basis but I really didn’t feel like I was getting ahead on anything or seeing immediate results like I wanted to. As hard as I pushed myself, I never really broke a sweat.

I started Sarah’s 30 Minute Solution in early January 2010 and it’s been one of the best Christmas presents I’ve ever received. Meeting with Sarah never feels like a chore. I can always count of having something new to try and another muscle to feel that I
never knew I had. Sarah has also shown me the right way to use some of the gym equipment that I was too intimidated to use before.
As of 2/4/10, I have completed 10 sessions. I feel better physically and mentally. I feel more in control over what I eat and have seen significant changes in my body and clothes.  I would suggest Sarah’s 30 Minute Solution sessions to anyone who feels like they have hit a fitness plateau or looking for a break from the basic gym routine.  Thank you Sarah for your support and motivation and helping me to see what I’m capable of.
