How much does it cost?
Each boot-camp class is $12.00. Payments due same day!

What can you expect?
Each session is different each week.  We will be performing exercises such as jumping jacks, planks, squats, burpees, aerobic movements, pushups, footwork, jumping, crawling and more!

How long does each session last?
Each session generally runs 30 minutes with an 8-10 minute cool-down. All levels welcome, work at your own pace!

Who is the boot camp for?
Boot Camp is for people of every age, size, shape or fitness level. Male and female. Old and young. Short and tall. Fit, and not-so-fit. All I ask is that every recruit who enlists agrees to do their best. Get it? You don’t have to be in the best shape of your life to join — that’s why you’re enlisting, to get in the best shape of your life!

What if I have a prior injury?
If you suffer from knee, shoulder, hip etc. issues, we can modify exercise moves for you during the session. If you have chronic pain, it is not recommended you take these classes.

What do I need to bring?
Please warm up on your own for 5-10 minutes prior to class. It is recommended you bring a water bottle and towel.

Each session is different each week.  We will be performing exercises such as running/jogging, jumping, lunging, squats, push-ups, footwork,
and more!

How long does each session last?
Each session generally runs 35 minutes with an 8-10 minute cool-down.
All levels welcome, work at your own pace!

What do I need to bring?
Please warm up on your own for 5-10 minutes prior to class. It is recommended you bring a water bottle and towel.
