knows they are in for the long haul and need
someone there to keep them accountable and help
them create the necessary habits for lifestyle

75 Session Program (2-3x a week for 24+
weeks)
This program is intended for the individual that
knows they are in for the long haul and need
someone there to keep them accountable and help
them create the necessary habits for lifestyle

100 Session Program (2x a week for 1
year!)
Sarah's one year program is a serious, in depth
program for those who are 100% committed to
achieving full balance in health and fitness.
The program includes continuous adjustments and
one on one guidance and support. Weekly changes
and continuous check-ins are included to keep
you on track and focused on your goals. The one
year program is Sarah’s most successful and in
depth program. It provides CONSTANT support and
motivation for optimal success while providing
tools for attacking weight loss through mind,
body, and spiritual avenues.
