As a trainer, I seek to provide personal training services at
affordable prices. It is my aim and goal to help you succeed in your
personal fitness goals without draining your pocketbook. My services
are conveniently available Monday through Saturday. My training techniques employ a
combination of strength/resistance training, cardiovascular
training, balance/coordination and
flexibility training.
It is my goal to offer
personal training services that suit the needs of different
lifestyles, fitness levels, and goals. In addition, I offer services
that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of those who
struggle with
injuries, weight-loss
and strength training.
As a
health and fitness consultant, I can dramatically change your
lifestyle, for the better. Research has shown that an individual's chance of success is significantly increased when
