A 30-minute consultation is designed to
address your health and nutrition needs. Sarah's goal is to
customize a personal training program that will best fit your
lifestyle with the most benefit in return. This is done by having
you fill out a questionnaire that will ask key questions about your
current health, eating habits, work load, stress level and more.
Nutritional Guidance
This program is designed to teach you
how to eat healthier and helps you develop life long habits of
self-control and mental stability. In addition, you will have an
understanding of what foods are best to include in your eating
program. It will help establish new eating and food choice habits.
We refer to this as your circle of foods. Eating habits typically
consist of eating the same foods over and over again; this is called
your "Circle of foods”. This will ultimately introduce you to new
foods to replace foods that may be unhealthy.
