Sarah Varno's 30-Minute Solution has given me the push I've been
needing! Sticking to an exercise and nutrition plan has been a
challenge for me. Sarah helps me a great deal with both. She
makes me accountable for my nutrition by having me keep a food
journal which she checks and gives me healthier choices I could
make. She also gives me a work-out that isn't boring and keeps
me moving! I've learned the key is to really sweat! Before, I
could spend over an hour in the gym just using machines and not
really get anything out of it. With the 30-Minutes Solution, I
don't have to worry about not feeling it!
Aside from the program, Sarah is what really makes it work. She
is fun and motivating! She gives me enough push and gives me
routines to fit me. She teaches me new things everyday and is
very encouraging! I was skeptical about personal training before
because I thought I would be intimidated. Sarah is very down to

I started at Anytime Fitness in the beginning of
December 2009. My friend and I went on a regular
basis but I really didn’t feel like I was
getting ahead on anything or seeing immediate
results like I wanted to. As hard as I pushed
myself, I never really broke a sweat.
I started
Sarah’s 30 Minute Solution in early
January 2010 and it’s been one of the best
Christmas presents I’ve ever received. Meeting
with Sarah never feels like a chore. I can
always count of having something new to try and
another muscle to feel that I
never knew I had. Sarah has also shown me the
right way to use some of the gym equipment that
I was too intimidated to use before.
As of 2/4/10, I have completed 10 sessions.
I
feel better physically and mentally. I feel more
in control over what I eat and have seen
significant changes in my body and clothes.

sessions to anyone who feels like they have hit
a fitness plateau or looking for a break from

Sarah is a great balance of bright spirit and task
master! can almost say that working out with her is fun….which is
saying a lot for this girl who has never liked working out! Better
still, working out with Sarah has delivered some long overdue
results. I really appreciate her format of meeting for shorter
workouts, more frequently. This helps to keep me on track and in
the right mindset to stay focused. She has been a great investment
in my personal health.

Working out was never a priority in my life. Over the last couple of
years I have been independently exercising and never got the results
I wanted. After failing to personally motivate myself, Sarah coaxed
me into one of her famous Boot-camp classes. Feeding off her energy
and motivation (and sweating my butt off in her class), I quickly
signed up for personal training. In just one month, I have lost 2
inches off each leg, an inch off each arm and ½ inch off my waist!
Sarah is always researching new movements, exercises and ways to
incorporate strength and stability into my workouts. She trains
based on each individual’s goals and keeps the workouts
entertaining. Sarah has truly helped me develop a passion for

was interested in personal training. The timing couldn't had
been more perfect. I'd been struggling with my weight,
self-esteem and getting to the gym for a while. This call was
the push I really needed. When we met for an orientation, I knew
I was on the road to improving my health. I've been bored with
workouts and have felt intimated with other trainers in the

started going to the gym in October of 2009, by
December I noticed that I wasn't getting any
results and I was getting bored. I mentioned to
my husband who talked to Sarah about me coming
in to meet, from the time I met her, I knew I
was making the right decision and I signed up
for 20 sessions. On 1-2-10 I started my 30
minutes sessions with Sarah and I love them, I
looked forward to going to the gym to see what
she has in store for me during the next session.
This has been one of the best decisions I made
and I will recommended to anyone who wants to

I have never
been a gym person and exercise was not very important.
That has changed since I started working with Sarah.
She makes the gym fun because each day the routine gets changed.
NO boring stuff! She also makes sure that the workout is
just the right amount to be effective, yet not like boot-camp
where you are too in pain. I highly recommend Sarah,
you'll feel good and share a laugh!

Before I
started with Sarah, I thought all I had to do was go to the gym and
workout for about an hour a day for 3-4 times a week and not change
my eating habits. After about 6 months of doing my own thing I
realized that I was not seeing any progress in losing weight.
Sarah taught me how to change my bad diet to eating healthy
foods. I look forward to my training sessions with her because she
has a positive attitude, is fun to work with and the sessions are
never boring. In less than 3 weeks of working with her I have lost a
few pounds, an inch or 2 and have more energy throughout the day.
I would
recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a trainer.
