is her 30 min solution program.  I've been enjoying her boot-camp the past couple of months -it's been a high intensity workout which I Iove, and knowing that all my muscle groups are being utilized is awesome.  I was thrilled knowing that my sessions are filled with cardio/weight training.  Putting your body through shock, where your muscles really work hard, makes your heart rate rise and sweat intensely. 

It's definitely been a challenge for me and I'm convinced you can get the same results in 30 min working your butt off as if you would in a hour session.  It's been great for me having a female trainer -I feel that she knows the individual needs of a woman, designing programs to help sculpt, tone, incorporate nutritional guidance and making each session fun and exciting.

When I decided to train with Sarah I was excited to lose weight and inches. She has been very motivational and upbeat, which helped me to keep that excitement going each week. Writing down what I was eating made me start to think, “What is Sarah going to say when she sees this?”! I never felt as though I was dieting, rather learning a better way to eat and balance foods I love with foods that are good for you. Working out was never a priority in my life. Over the last couple of years I have been independently exercising and never got the results I wanted. After failing to personally motivate myself, Sarah coaxed me into one of her famous Boot-camp classes. Feeding off her energy and motivation (and sweating my butt off in her class), I quickly signed up for personal training. In just one month, I have lost 2 inches off each leg, an inch off each arm and ½ inch off my waist! Sarah is always researching new movements, exercises and ways to incorporate strength and stability into my workouts. She trains based on each individual’s goals and keeps the workouts entertaining.
