"I started training with Sarah 4 weeks ago and what really inspired me to sign up for one on one training, is her 30 min solution program. I've been enjoying her boot-camp the past couple of months -it's been a high intensity workout which I Iove, and knowing that all my muscle groups are being utilized is awesome. I was thrilled knowing that my sessions are filled with cardio/weight training. Putting your body through shock, where your muscles really work hard, makes your heart rate rise and sweat intensely. It's definitely been a challenge for me and I'm convinced you can get the same results in 30 min working your butt off as if you would in a hour session. It's been great for me having a female trainer -I feel that she knows the individual needs of a woman, designing programs to help sculpt, tone, incorporate nutritional guidance and making each session fun and exciting. I've had male trainers in the past and noticed that more emphasis was on increased weights and huge muscle gain. My goals are to lose weight, get toned and build strength. I feel very comfortable sharing information with Sarah, she's very easy to talk with regarding personal goals. I'm excited to be participating in her weight loss challenge and know with her guidance I'll be able to reach my goal. My workouts with Sarah are fun and invigorating. She likes to see me sweat! Every time I work with her, she has a different routine that she has cooked up! Sarah's approach to fitness is different from the other trainers I've seen in the gym. I highly recommend her for weight-loss, endurance and strength training. Remember, just because you're sweating your butt off doesn't mean you can't have fun!
